Salary: £23k - 25k per year Reference: KS-ORDERPR My client is looking for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join their office based in Leyland. Working in a busy internal sales team, taking inbound calls from domestic and commercial customers with orders Processing orders via telephone, email and various other platforms Providing accurate quotations in line with customer needs, working off pricing structures Coordinating with logistics department to gain updates on delivery schedules etc. Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times Keeping CRM system up to date, in line with customer details, orders and provided quotations Upselling products and services where deemed suitable Experience: Ability to communicate with customers at all levels Experience using MS Office and internal CRM system Detail orientated Ability to work in a busy environment 1+ year experience in sales admin/similar role We are offering: Up to £25,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Holiday Entitlement: 22 days holiday + bank holidays Company socials Free parking Pension scheme Training programmes Early finish Friday!
