Requirements


  • educated to degree level or equivalent experience – Customer Management, Service Delivery
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • postgraduate qualification in a related field
  • HCPC/SWE Registration
  • 3 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry

  • eligibility to work in the UK
  • the Practitioner Manager will need to be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England and have significant post qualifying experience with generic cases across Physical Disabilities, Older Persons, and Learning Disabilities

Responsibility


  • accountable for the safety and security of all passengers and staff within the airport, and responsible for overseeing all incidents
  • accountable for reporting all operational defects to Building Services relating to the maintenance and cleanliness of the airport
  • accountable for the delivery of CAA targets and regulation for passengers with reduced mobility
  • the Airport Duty Manager is the primary accountable person within the airport for all decisions and the point of contact in an operational crisis scenario
  • this includes in person, online and through social media
  • accountable for carrying out threat assessments in the event of any potential security threat, and act as required by the DfT and any Security operational procedures
  • accountable for ensuring all passengers experience a world class level of customer service, as defined by CAA NPS, throughout the customer journey and any issues are immediately resolved
  • supervise up to 4 Social Workers/assessors in the Community Duty Team
  • ensure that statutory assessments and reviews are assigned and completed within expected performance targets and quality standards
  • proactive in promoting anti-discriminatory practices and supporting council policy
  • provide line management of front-line operational services which includes the provision a comprehensive assessment and case management service to vulnerable adults
  • lead on the delivery of safe services for services users, including investigating, chairing, and reviewing adult safeguarding episodes as appropriate
  • this is a full time, 18 month FTC position
  • this role is based at our Service Delivery Centre in Buttershaw, Bradford
  • some of the key role responsibilities include the following –
  • the Duty Manager is one of a team of senior shift managers responsible for all Water and Wastewater functions to safeguard the Environment and our Customers
  • ensures any risks or threats to the business are escalated, managed and communicated effectively using the company incident management plan structur
  • what does the role involve?
  • this position is responsible for the central management of critical performance commitment impacting events serving over 5m domestic and retail customers, ensuring safety and compliance, whilst proactively mitigating against any adverse impact on acceptable levels of service to our customers
  • the role operates on a rotating 24-hour shift basis leading a shift team of 24/7 Control Room Specialists, providing the business with operational knowledge, experience, and strong decision-making capabilities
