Requirements

be able to demonstrate coaching capabilities that develop team competence and professionalism

experience in leading a warehouse team
working within a team or on own initiative
experience in managing a medium - large sized warehouse operation
ideally the candidate will have come from a Aviation Security background
experience of working as a supervisor in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5 star customer service
strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
facilities experience to include health and safety, risk assessments
track record of delivering first-class customer service
experience of liaising with residents and logging of all maintenance queries
engagement with contractors and deliveries
organisation for daily floor walks and security checks
responsible for the shift handover to the night team ensuring the logbook is up to date
rota management of the team
responsible for fire drills and recording of any incidents on shift

Responsibility

ensure drivers and vehicles meet our required standards
ensure journeys arrive and depart on time
ensure connections with appropriate train services
attempt to ensure that passengers are on the right vehicles
adjust the replacement service to consider any changes in circumstances
provide information and assistance to passengers, where required
help maintain a safe transfer and pick up/set down area for the customers
act as the key point of contact with station staff in relation to the replacement service
