Responsibility

  • this role will entail working as part of a team covering all high-end housekeeping to impeccable standards to ensure highest standards of cleanliness possible
  • meticulous cleaning of all areas
  • maintaining all surfaces, floors, furniture and antiques to the highest standard
  • ensuring the house is immaculately presented and guest ready at all times
  • cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and some outside areas
  • making beds and changing bed linen
  • laundry - collecting, sorting, washing and ironing
  • polishing & care of silver, antiques & fine furniture
  • vacuuming and mopping floors
  • tidying and organising to a very high standard
  • vacuuming, mopping sanitising floors and surfaces
  • identify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing
  • daily spot checks of stock in storage areas
  • assist with monthly stock counts
  • adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items
  • has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift
