Requirements

A degree in mathematics or statistics
advanced experience with machine learning and programming
experience using data visualization tools
proficient in writing algorithms and knowing when to apply them
excellent communication skills and ability to understand commercial implications of data
independent, structured, and precise work ethic
experience within e-Commerce preferrable but not mandatory
3+ years of industry experience
advanced degree in Mathematics or Statistics or similar quantitative field
programming experience including SQL, plus one other of R, Python, SAS
proven analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail
A good understanding of, and experience with, a range of statistical techniques would be beneficial
strong communication skills, being able to explain complex analytical findings to a variety of audiences

strong hands-on experience of Data Science principles and practices
experience with database environments and data set manipulation
knowledge of programming languages, particularly SQL, R, Python or similar
experience in financial services or other regulartary environment

analyse data and design experiments to optimize DAOs' economics and decision-making process
bring analytical prototypes to production through cooperation with engineering
take part in product strategy sessions
analysing raw data
designing and running experiments in their simulation infrastructure to optimize companies economics and decision-making process
researching economic and product problems in the Web3 gaming landscape
creating data visualizations that advise protocols on risk and capital efficiency management
create a feedback loop with marketing teams, using insights to inform future campaign planning and spend optimization
advise stakeholders through clear communication and relevant insights, acting as data-driven advisor to business
collaborate closely with stakeholders to define relevant KPIs and initiatives driving supply growth; translate business needs into analytical solutions, and align on project priorities
I. Identify data quality issues with existing data, and develop methods to correct, enhance and improve our existing data
II. Develop pipelines and models to transform data held in Legacy Oracle systems to new cloud-based databases
III. Develop AI and deep learning solutions to automatically extract text from different types of certificates
