  • in return the client will offer you a starting base salary up to £140k plus a generous benefits package including a bonus

  • one of the leading tech-driven systematic investing firms are looking to add a Quantitative Researcher to their London-based, Crypto team
  • the successful Quantitative Researcher will also assist in implementing signals into the global execution platform
  • up to £200,000 + Bonus
  • are you a Quantitative Researcher with experience diving deep into large datasets to find Alpha?
  • previous Crypto markets experience ISN'T required, as long as you have a strong Quantitative Research background and the right skill set and attitude
  • you will leverage your statistical and analytical skills to explore large datasets and identify patterns and opportunities to ultimately create predictive signals that help deliver Alpha
  • conduct research to identify solutions, key assumptions to test, and write discussion guides to run research sessions with customers
  • validate ideas and test them with customers, as well as synthesize and report on research findings
  • collaborate with the team to prototype cool and innovative ideas and optimize them
  • conduct remote and in-person testing of accessories in actual vehicles
  • as Lead Design Researcher it is important you’ve got vast commercial experience in the Design Research space be it running end-to-end research programs to leading people and projects throughout
  • conduct quantitative research into modelling financial markets to capture execution alpha
  • work to optimise our discretionary portfolios, through an understanding of risk modelling, portfolio construction and optimisation
  • developing optimal execution strategies through the analysis of tick data, microstructure patterns and order book dynamics
  • backtest and implement signals using both traditional and alternative data sources
