coordinate with production staff to track the influx of vehicles for repair
supervise skilled technicians in our body shop, including panel beaters, MET Technicians, and paint sprayers
assign tasks to technicians and ensure maximum productivity and adherence to deadlines
efficiently plan your workload to ensure vehicles are ready as per agreed timescales
previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the automotive repair industry, with a focus on bodyshop operations
substantial leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry

Responsibility

your key responsibilities will include entire site management, which includes Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service and setting targets
supervision of a Productive Workforce
schedule allocation of work alongside distribution
provide Technical Assistance including assessments of damage and knowledge and experience of Audatex and GT Motive would be ideal
managing Work Flow, creating an excellent team culture where everyone is working to a common goal and objective
estimating Labour, Paint and Parts while maximising, optimising and justifying every operation
develop and implement a daily and weekly plan to achieve department sales targets
strive to manage and reduce expenses and increase performance and profitability of the branch
monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends
