  • supervise skilled technicians in our body shop, including panel beaters, MET Technicians, and paint sprayers
  • assign tasks to technicians and ensure maximum productivity and adherence to deadlines
  • efficiently plan your workload to ensure vehicles are ready as per agreed timescales
  • previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the automotive repair industry, with a focus on bodyshop operations
  • substantial leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry
  • knowledge of automotive repair techniques, equipment, and materials
  • strong knowledge of bodyshop operations and repair techniques

Responsibility


  • your key responsibilities will include entire site management, which includes Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service and setting targets
  • ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded
  • dealing with any customer issues
  • supervision of a Productive Workforce
  • schedule allocation of work alongside distribution
  • provide Technical Assistance including assessments of damage and knowledge and experience of Audatex and GT Motive would be ideal
  • managing Work Flow, creating an excellent team culture where everyone is working to a common goal and objective
  • estimating Labour, Paint and Parts while maximising, optimising and justifying every operation
  • develop and implement a daily and weekly plan to achieve department sales targets
  • strive to manage and reduce expenses and increase performance and profitability of the branch
  • monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends
