Requirements

ability to lead and manage a team including experience of recruitment, induction, supervision, motivation, appraisal, training, performance management
experience : Experience of working with or supporting people with mental ill health and complex needs
compliance: Up to date DBS on update service, right to work in the UK
self-motivated and able to use own initiative to find solutions
excellent communication skills, with elderly residents, visitors and other members of staff
you will genuinely want to make a real difference to the lives of our residents
confidence to stimulate residents and encourage participation in activities
A calm but outgoing personality with a passion for care
experience is welcome, but training will be provided
