Reported a broken machine at Royal Albert hospital in Wigan that took payment but just gave hot water rather than coffee, wasted more time phoning them to report it and try get a refund but still haven't been given it, they keep saying they will give a refund and keep saying someone will call me but no one does, phoned back a few days later but still waiting for a refund or a call so will just leave appropriate reviews now and they can keep the £1.80
Wouldn't recommend using their machines as they are faulty and customer service is very poor, not sure why they couldn't just issue the refund on the day rather than treat me like I'm lying about it so will just avoid using any of their machines in future.

haha, to be honest, I don't know how I feel about attitudes like yours. On the one hand, you are arguing about 1.80, where if I were them I probably wouldn't want to deal with it either. On the other hand, your intervention may protect others from losing money.
