Responsibility

  • organise and maintain a tidy workstation along with all customer interactive areas of the showroom
  • engage with customers in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • utilise sales techniques to showcase vehicles, highlight features, and upsell additional products or services
  • manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
  • proven experience in sales preferably in the automotive industry is advantageous however, training can be provided
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficient in upselling techniques and sales management strategies
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive sales
  • understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range
  • provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations
  • inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plans
  • negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals
  • deal with after sales queries and handle these with a customer first approach
  • what will you be doing?
  • we have an opportunity for a sales exec to join our Car dealership based in Beckton London E6
  • other administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when needed as we are still in a startup environment
  • you will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable first year Basic + OTE of £70,000
  • welcoming customers to the dealership facility
  • identifying vehicles most suited to the customer’s requirements
