Responsibility

organise and maintain a tidy workstation along with all customer interactive areas of the showroom
engage with customers in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
utilise sales techniques to showcase vehicles, highlight features, and upsell additional products or services
manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
proven experience in sales preferably in the automotive industry is advantageous however, training can be provided
strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
proficient in upselling techniques and sales management strategies
excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers
utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive sales
understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range
provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations
inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plans
negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals
deal with after sales queries and handle these with a customer first approach
what will you be doing?
we have an opportunity for a sales exec to join our Car dealership based in Beckton London E6
other administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when needed as we are still in a startup environment
you will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable first year Basic + OTE of £70,000
