Responsibility

diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles using schematics and diagnostic tools such as Xentry diagnostics
perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
full service experience with Mercedes Benz 2024 to 1945
assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs
conduct equipment repairs using hand tools and power tools effectively
maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
assist with heavy lifting when required during the repair process
provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and options to clients
safeguarding and protecting the customers vehicle and its contents whilst it is in your care
effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area
contributing to the success of the Workshop Team by maintaining the highest standards of work at all times
being integral in maintaining the onsite standards and presentation of the Centre; including your immediate working area
ensuring that all work is completed safely and complies with Company, manufacturer and industry guidelines
