LGV licences and CPC desirable but not essential

investigate and resolve issues raised by the Delivery Team Drivers opduring the course of normal operations
manage non conformity log for all delivery issues
manage any facilities / transport related issues
addresses problems that impact on the team and provide improvement ideas or propose solutions
take problems and innovations that cannot be solved by the MDWT L1 team to Performance Team Leader
