Responsibility


  • this is a diverse role that requires a broad understanding of new-build marine engineering
  • provide technical assistance to the Aftersales Coordinators and customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • mechanical equipment installation and commissioning on new build projects, including main machinery

  • assist the Aftersales team with project planning by proving estimates for hours, parts, and possible scope expansion
  • problem-solving and fault diagnosis
  • our Marine Engineers are responsible for the installation of machinery and equipment within the tenders, the plumbing of systems, running and terminating of electrical looms, installation, and setup of electronics including CANbus control systems and NMEA networks, and commissioning of the completed vessel
  • document all work and communicate with the appropriate project stakeholders through designated channels
  • witnessing key inspections, test events and documenting findings
