  • as the Senior Demand Planner you will be responsible for a medium to large multi-site business unit. The role will be supporting senior management in the design, development and distribution of the regional sales forecasting
  • we are looking for an individual that has a great understanding of finance and has a proven background in sales forecasting and budgeting within a fast moving goods or consumables environment
  • this person will also be familiar with finance modelling as well as a proven ability to operate within a multinational, corporate environment
  • the successful Senior Demand Planner will also be able to engage across a varied senior stakeholder group, being able to communicate and challenge effectively
  • BS or MS/MBA in business-related or quantitative field
  • advanced knowledge of Excel

  • experience with forecasting tools
  • experience in shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
  • experience of statistical forecasting methods and forecast accuracy metrics
  • experience in SQL/Tableau/Power BI/visualization tools
  • 2+ years of experience of hardware or consumer products demand forecasting

  • maximising the value that the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting tool delivers over time through ensuring we constantly seek to develop additional functionality or drive further process improvements
  • the International Demand Planner for our client's product role is an intricate part of our client's Supply Chain Organization, assisting both our client's Supply Chain Team and Sales teams
  • you will be responsible for analyzing sell out trends and creating accurate sell out forecasts to uncover risk and opportunity that allows the business to maximize revenue whilst maintaining optimum channel inventory
  • you will build strong cross functional relationships, in particular with the Sales teams, and be confident in influencing and data storytelling to senior stakeholders
  • data analysis: You will analyze sell out performance across a number of markets to understand trends
