  • creating a workable roster which meets set KPI’s around cost and service to be passed onto the operations team
  • transport Coordinator
  • efficiently manage the allocation, issuing, maintenance and hire of equipment ensuring the best use of resources
  • arrange for the movement of equipment between OB sites, in order to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of the operation
  • support the implementation and use of any new equipment allocation or purchasing/stock control systems
  • responsible for supervision of the Stores staff in the performance of their daily duties, performing all related management tasks including training and, in conjunction with others, staff schedules
  • maintain accurate booking records and actual utilisation information for billing purposes
