Requirements


  • you will be a self-motivated individual able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • an understanding of managing events, including the development of plans to support their delivery whilst minimising impact

  • ability to coordinate multiple deliverables, at differing stages of planning and operation

  • ability to learn TfL’s technology and systems, including the Microsoft suite of applications
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills aligned with the ability to negotiate, influence and represent TfL both internally and externally
  • you will have or be able to quickly gain a highly developed knowledge of the NMCC’s operations as well as with our internal and external stakeholders
  • you will have excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to influence the best outcome to a situation in line with the NMCC’s & TfL’s key objectives and behaviors
