  • preparation and submission of Town & Country Planning applications
  • preparation and submission of Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Opinions
  • preparation of scoping reports for Environmental Impact Assessments
  • develop creative and original planning solutions
  • work closely with local planning authorities to facilitate agreement of planning conditions where required
  • attendance at external stakeholder meetings to promote and explain proposals
  • consult with the Legal Department with regards to covenants, access, and land purchase, including compulsory purchase
  • use digital technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the Enabling Team, the wider business and local planning authorities
  • build strong relationships with local planning authorities to facilitate best value designs to be approved and understand the extent to which Anglian Water's Permitted Development Rights can be implemented
  • provide training and guidance on Town and County Planning to Enabling Team and wider business
