Responsibility

management of suppliers, product and specialist finishes, including detailed procurement
produce all delivery drawings and specifications to a design intent package level
working closely with the design, technical team from concept stage and external contractors
spearheading the pitch process

co-ordinating and signing off presentation packs
overseeing and adjusting technical packages
mentoring junior designers and colleagues

meet and liaise with clients to assess project costs and provide technical specifications
create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, CAD layouts, and preparation boards
manage client expectations and deliver engaging project presentations
oversee projects and provide mentorship to junior interior designers
manage project budgets and ensure effective cost management
prepare visually appealing presentation boards to communicate design concepts
