Requirements

full UK driving licence and use of own car
HNC or equivalent in architectural technology, architecture, or closely related field
excellent two-dimensional AutoCAD skills
experience in a retail-orientated property role as an Architectural Technologist including catering kitchen design
exceptional communicator, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
experience of managing consultants and contractors and building relationships with multi-disciplinary teams

architectural
minimum of 10 years’ experience of project delivery from Concept to Completion across a range of project types and scales
excellent knowledge of the UK Building Regulations and Technical Design
excellent proficiency in Revit required
proficiency and up to date knowledge of NBS
ability to work in a small team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
interest in research and use of modern methods of construction and low/ zero carbon technologies
flexibility, tolerance and patience
architectural Technologist: 10 years
revit: 3 years
A practical understanding of UK Building Regulations
RIBA plan of work stages 3-5
autoCAD & 3D software modelling including REVIT
