working closely with the project team
giving full support to the internal departments
as an Architecture Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team by preparing detailed drawings and plans
prepare accurate architectural drawings and schedules using CAD software
you will ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications
collaborate with designers and other team members to create design solutions
this position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
review and interpret technical documents such as Building Regulation documents
and British Standard codes
perform project coordination tasks and assist in Planning and Building Regulations
ensure all designs comply with industry codes, regulations, and standards
