A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working on live construction projects in a CAD/technician type of role
competent user of Revit
good communication and organisational skills

live in/within a commutable distance of Leamington Spa
minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technician
proficient in Revit software
strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of building regulations and codes
degree in Architecture or a related field preferred but not required
