  • deverellsmith are recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to take ownership of the interior design function of a new Super Prime project in Central London consisting of 70 residential units
  • define and articulate project briefs, aligning with project requirements and maintaining a cohesive design vision
  • act as the custodian of design throughout all stages, ensuring the delivery aligns with the specified quality
  • collaborate with external consultants, architects, and other stakeholders for successful project outcomes
  • create design briefs for the consultants and providing feedback as required
  • liaise with outside consultants and architects for design and material approvals
  • review, critique and enhance space planning and interior designs
  • take ownership of the interior design on projects, ensuring adherence to project brief guidelines in terms of quality, time, and budget
  • provide value additions in space planning and design
  • produce innovative as well as functional design solutions
  • ensure drawings and information flow within the wider design team
  • assist in resolving programme obstructions and in decision making
  • work closely with operations and external parties to ensure the delivery is in accordance with the quality reputation
  • check quality of execution at site stages- ensuring the delivery meets expectations
