Responsibility


  • be responsible for the well-being, performance and success of the colleagues at your site
  • maximising stock ROI by ensuring right stock and right place policy
  • ensure every retail opportunity stays in group/RRG and HPL
  • manufacturer – maximise purchasing opportunity with each franchise
  • group - Motability Finance purchases
  • manage relationship with Carwow and Motorway
  • work with each centre to ensure correct pricing strategies are implemented
  • regularly review each BU to ensure that they meet the required standards and recommend changes where necessary
  • ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures
  • supporting the Financial Controller to manage reduction in adjustments, errors and allow automatic fulfilment of sales orders
  • ensure stock is booked in and out in the correct period and date
  • overall responsibility for stock function
  • monitor and audit stock levels to allow for production to run smoothly
  • ensure live real time stock data from system
  • work with suppliers and internal departments
  • build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • maintain a database of approved suppliers
  • negotiate pricing arrangements
  • search and source potential suppliers and vendors
  • monthly stock reporting
