  • proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in solution sales, ideally within local government sectors
  • A strong understanding of services related to local authority support, particularly in environmental and enforcement areas

Responsibility


  • getting hands-on with customers to help them deploy our products in a variety of environments
  • partnering with our customer-facing teams to win the technical sale
  • collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs
  • conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospective clients
  • provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues they may encounter
  • develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides
  • work closely with the software developers, customer success and product teams to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, technical consultations, and solution design
