Responsibility

oversee the AP function for the UK group
provide cover of AP clerks when needed, receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
reconcile AP vendor accounts
lead AP project of reducing parked invoices and unallocated payments on account, meeting monthly KPIs
respond to supplier and internal payment chasers/queries
process contractor invoices
manage a team of 3 account payable clerks in the London office as well as supervise our accounts payable outsourced function provided in South Africa
manage daily payment list, prioritising supplier payments
assist with other tasks within the Treasury Team
create month end reports
manage weekly AP report, provided directly to the Group Financial Controller and Finance Director
to work the hours and shifts in accordance with conditions of employment
ensure that all incidents are recorded in the Daily Occurrence Log and on DataStation and all serious incidents are reported to the National Operations Centre
to carry out any other duties in accordance with instructions issued by RFM
to comply fully with the Health & Safety Policy for the Shopping Park
ensure all relevant training is up to date
complete rotas, manage holidays and absence through the Timegate system and assist with payroll
to ensure that the Rules & Regulations of the Shopping Park, Car parks and Service yards are complied with at all times
the above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation
assist in the development and implementation of security policies, protocols and operating procedures, and adherence to SIA guidance
