maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
continually learn about the product ranges
maintain records related to sales
watch for and recognise security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations
recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires

The Role
The Sales Consultant is responsible for offering a constant outstanding customer service to promote store profitability.
Responsibilities of this Sales Consultant – Premium retail –
Manages and coordinates the daily activities of the store
Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers and be their first point of contact.
Ensures correct pricing and presentation of products displayed on the shop floor.
Aware of store budget and targets and has a good understanding of KPI’s.
Minimises losses to achieve the company shrinkage goal.
Uses up-to-date technical product knowledge to generate sales.
Maintains all required paperwork meeting the required deadlines.
Actively participates and attends appropriate training as and when required.
To be successful in this Sales consultant – Premium Retail position:
6 months + experience in a sales associate/consultant level from a premium retail background.
A genuine passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets
Have strong sales and client experience.
Previous experience in retail, ideally service related retail and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent communicational skills and ability to work under pressure

We are looking for a motivated, confident, sales and customer focused individual. The main purpose of the role is to provide customer service and support for clients as they browse an extensive range of products, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on their project.
This role would suit someone creative with a flair for design and interiors.
Showroom opening hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Showroom employees will have one weekday off every week.
