Responsibility

quoting, booking and operating of reservations involving new requests, amendments, and cancellations, checking availabilities via telephone or using allocation/freesale
negotiating with suppliers to secure services at contracted rates whenever possible
accurately offering best available pricing, detailing exactly what is included in the rate and applying the correct levels of commission
negotiating ad-hoc special rates for agents when specific budgets need to be met
working quickly and accurately, at times under pressure, within acceptable timeframes
preparing and delivering welcome packages / tickets for clients when applicable, keeping all delivery notes for future reference

reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient execution of hotel guests booking, providing the highest level of personal service
