Requirements

bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
state licensure or certification as a Social Worker
experience working with children and families is preferred
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
extensive experience of undertaking a range of high-quality audits / practice learning reviews including thematic reviews and dip samples at pace
experiences of engaging practitioners, managers, children, young people, and families in the Practice Learning Review process
experience of writing detailed qualitative and quantitative analytical reports with clear recommendations and actions to improve practice and services
demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
experience of working across health and social care boundaries
diploma in Social Work or equivalent
qualified Social Worker with Social Work England Registration and evidence of continued professional development
knowledge of current and proposed legislation, policy and guidance in relation to adults, including safeguarding, mental capacity and Deprivation of Liberty
demonstrate a sound knowledge of social care processes and responsibilities in line with ‘Personalisation’
applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS issued within the past 12 months or have registration with the DBS Update service
all applicants must be Social Work England registered and hold right to work in the UK
