Neighbourhood Warden Supervisor

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Location: South East London Weekly Hours: 35 per week. Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Neighbourhood Warden Supervisor on a Temporary basis at our Gallions Thamesmead Office in South East London. A bit about the role: As a Neighbourhood Warden Supervisor some of the key results for the role include: Participation in working groups on major works programmes, security strategies and community development on estates identifying opportunities to improve community safety via these programmes. Successfully gathering evidence and preparing witness statements to high standard with accurate legal references where required. Adherence to performance targets set out in the Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Domestic Abuse Policies. Effective partnership working with external agencies demonstrated by attendance at agency meetings and casework liaison, resulting in the reduction and effective resolution of ASB cases. This role will require a Basic DBS check, a driver’s licence. Please note this role is a 12 month secondment/Fixed Term Contract.
