  • diploma Level 4 in Health & Social Care or be prepared to work toward this qualification
  • experience in managing a staff team within a Health and Social Care setting

  • the Specialist Housing Team provides services to help the most vulnerable people in our communities by providing a range of supported housing options
  • as Support Living Operations Manager you will ensure effective day to day operational management of Platform’s Supported Living Portfolio on a group wide basis including temporary homeless accommodation, learning disability accommodation, commissioned services, including Young People’s Services and a Falls Response Service

  • the Beehive is our Brand New service in Chelmsford for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
  • you will receive support from your Area Director as you settle into the Consensus team and our leadership development programme will be available to support you in developing your skills as you grow in your new role
  • we are an award winning team and we are looking for people with a big heart and who want to lead a team to achieve great things for the people we support
  • it consists of 4 large en-suite bedrooms within the main house and 2 self-contained flats set across 2 floors
  • the correct candidate will initially support with the opening of eight apartments with a staff and communal area
  • each flat incorporates a large bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and lounge area
  • each of the individuals supported at the scheme will either have a diagnosis of learning disabilities or mental health problems
  • ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance
