The post is for a team manager on a salary of £28-30k, ideally a driver due to some visits needed across the Cluster and to the registered location in Barnwood, Gloucester.
The role will be to support our people we support to live in the community across 4 shared supported living services, The people we support in the majority have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability.
You will be reporting directly into the Area Registered Manager and will have Senior Support Workers or Team Leaders underneath them to support with the operations of the services.
The Manager would be expected to take part in an on-call rota across the Gloucestershire registration, in approx. 1 week in 3/4 basis and they will be paid an on-call premium for this. CQC registration holds a good rating and has had positive inspections by the local authority in 2022 and 2023.
As a Cluster Team Manager you’ll be supporting adults with learning
disabilities to live the best life possible. You will be a role model to others through
demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area
Manager to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively. You will work 4 days off shift
