Requirements

  • experience and ability to coach and supervise technicians / engineers

  • extensive experience as a fully qualified Mechanical or Electrical technician with knowledge around complex building services, ideally within a healthcare environment
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience at supervisory level, overseeing internal shifts as well as contractors

Responsibility


  • management of airmanship standards, including compliance with regulations and company procedures to ensure continued Maintenance oversight for individual and team activities around the aircraft side ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and airmanship standards
  • ensuring accurate and correct maintenance records are kept in line with Part 145 requirements
