city & Guilds equivalent time served in Mechanical, electrical or instrument disciplines

proven ability to communicate, influence and lead and motivate a multi skilled engineering team

substantial understanding of operational H&S legislation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

experience and ability to coach and supervise technicians / engineers
experience as a multi-skilled engineer
