Requirements

proven experience as Production Planner/Scheduler
excellent knowledge of Production Planning and Quality principles
working knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planner systems
strong organisational and problem-solving skills
excellent communication skills
experience with Google Suite desirable
familiarity with production planning, food safety, food allergens, and quality control principles
exposure to MRP II is advantageous
advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Navision systems. Knowledge of PowerBI and power query will be a distinct advantage
strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
good understanding of mathematics and statistics

experience of using of SAP
critical path analysis and schedule control
excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills

Responsibility

determining ingredients and raw materials needed to cover demand
scheduling the usage of ingredients and materials to ensure optimal production
monitoring material supply flow and identifying any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise
building and sharing the weekly production plan with all Operations teams
ensuring sufficient levels of cover are in place to meet the demand
readjusting plans when targets are not achieved
coordinating workflow for one or multiple products
ensuring that collections have the necessary products to supply the most urgent demand
planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
obtaining output information
raising any issues that can impact other company departments to key stakeholders
ensure timely delivery of raw materials
determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand
prioritise operations to maximise performance and minimise delays
assign workers and other staff to specific production operations
produce and optimise the end-to-end production schedule for multiple WIP processes into final products
manage production order system and records
production scheduling
production resource and capacity planning
