  • excellent stakeholder management as there are a number of senior stakeholders involved
  • results driven, possess business acumen and commercial astuteness and understands the retail commercial levers to pull

Responsibility


  • support Management of all MBR, QBR and Annual meetings with our key Logistics providers
  • support our Logistics partners in meeting all goals and Objectives as outlined in their Contract objectives
  • key point of contact with Finance to ensure that Logistics meets it Budgetary obligations
  • work with Finance in agreeing Annual Budgetary requirements
  • manage all Projects that support Cost Reduction Strategies within Logistics
  • responsible for attending all 3PL Commercial and Operations meetings
  • key interface with our 3PL partners in System, Commercial or Product Enquiries
  • management of Vendor Performance Across on Time Delivery, Cost and HSE goals
  • managing and oversee risks associated with the logistics and medical devices functions, including Medical Devices Safety alerts

  • our client, a nationwide leader in their chosen field is seeking a Logistics Finance Manager to join the team on an interim basis
  • this position is responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting and support for Inventories and Distribution, as well as potential risks of inventory loss and the adequacy of current inventory reserves for a specific cluster in EMEA
  • this position will also assist in coordinating physical inventory counts for the clusters locations as required and providing support for all associated internal controls
  • coordination, observation and audits of physical inventory counts as needed
  • the key deliverables are as follows
  • develop and manage sales strategies through identifying market opportunities and initiatives to support strategic growth plans
  • help propel revenue and consignment growth, ensuring the team meet and exceed sales targets
  • work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide a seamless journey for customers, ensuring satisfaction at every stage
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by supporting the team in managing customer accounts, ensuring retention through exceptional customer service
