As a temp agency, they are probably one of the least competent ive ever experienced.
Pay constantly wrong, then isnt quickly sorted out, payroll team unresponsive to emails and this is only way of booking holiday.
When holiday is booked and confirmed, then isnt payed and needs chasing.
Over payed then under payed then payed the wrong pay rate all together.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they dont give a DAMN about you as a member of staff.

That payroll experience sounds really stressful. Surely, there should be a more reliable way of managing holiday bookings and payments. Did you receive any kind of compensation for these errors after you reported them?
