Responsibility


  • work with the Marketing team to plan and drive strategic initiatives, programmes, messaging, and campaigns within the region
  • follow up on in-bound leads with an aim to convert these into new booked business
  • build and maintain client relationship
  • responsible for ad-hoc enquiries which can involve some sea and air freight enquiries
  • dealing with both existing clients and prospects
  • working closely with sales department to ensure customer requirements are met
  • ensure CRM system is kept up to date
  • following through sales leads and negotiating with overseas agents and suppliers
  • to manage and develop existing accounts
  • to offer technical backup & advice
  • to develop and identify new sales opportunities
  • effectively process all customer enquiries, quote and orders in accordance with company's procedures
  • proactively seeking new business opportunities with new customers in the Facilities
  • placing orders with suppliers at the lowest cost, appropriate to quality with on-time delivery
  • dealing with and resolving any customer queries
  • maintaining and growing your customer base by selling the company’s wide range of products whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service
  • communicate/liaise and ensure the resolution for the customer on all matters relating to their contact with the company
  • developing relationships and encouraging repeat business
  • participate in meetings with Sales, Management and Customers as and when requested
  • occasionally visiting customers
