• our 24/7 responder support workers support a range of customers using a Technology Enabled Care approach
• there is no typical day of a Responder Support Worker; each day is different
• the Support Worker role
• all calls will always be treated with a person-centred approach
• using our award-winning CleverCogs technology, remote support is provided both day and night to our customers with varied care and support needs

• this role is office based though there may be calls that require a physical response in the customer’s home
