Requirements

valid CSCS card
CSCS Card
proven experience as a handyman, preferably on construction sites
full PPE & Tools
skilled carpentry background and knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
minimum of 6 months experience on site
ability to work independently and manage time effectively
good time keeping and willingness to work
own tools
A good understanding of health and safety regulations
minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
experienced handyman
experienced driver
good negotiation skills - experienced in sourcing suppliers/contractors plus review existing agreements and suggest improvements
efficient, well organised and able to multi task
discreet and trusworthy
anticipatory and always willing to help
pleasant, flexible and co-operative personality
CSCS card
experience in finishing, making good, carpentry and decorating

carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks on site
repair and maintain site facilities, including doors, windows, and furniture
assist with carpentry work such as building and installing structures, frameworks, and fixtures
complete any other tasks as requested by the site management team
keep the site tidy and clean
driving the family around London and doing the school runs
housekeeping duties
effective communication with all the suppliers and contractors and schedule and oversee them
looking after / cleaning all cars
driving the Principals and children on everyday basis
pro-active approach
maintaining the swimming pool
manage and oversee the Principal’s residence and garden: all handyman tasks
welcoming visitors and communicating with them via the intercom
