Requirements

installing ASHP Systems: 2 years
own van and tools
friendly and reliable with good communication skills
able to upload your invoice, and report, with photo's, from each job to our app before you leave the property
must be a qualified Plumber to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
relevant Plumbing qualifications
proven experience as a Plumber, with expertise in plumbing installations and maintenance
must have experience working with private domestic customers
strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and regulations
excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues effectively
must be comfortable quoting own works
experience within the Eco sector
previous administrative experience, preferably from a social housing/construction background
able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
solid background and proven experience in working in a social housing environment
proven track record in fault finding
possession of a full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations

maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent, for proper documentation

complete the installation to the specification of the survey and the client criteria and to all governing body regulations
to manage, control and be responsible for allocated van stock ensuring levels are kept as necessary
report any reasons why the above cannot be achieved to your installation supervisor
be prepared to work flexible with the possibility of work outside normal working hours depending on the needs of the business
to complete all contract-specific paperwork at the time of the installation and acquire all necessary signatures
carryout your daily tasks in a helpful and professional approach prioritising customer service
to return to any recalls at the request of your installation supervisor
to risk assess work/working environments before starting any works to avoid damages or injuries, and undertake all work in accordance with Health & Safety and The Gas Safety Regulations 1998
