Responsibility
- on a day-to-day basis, the responsibilities of the Office Manager will include
- managing, mentoring and supporting members of your team
- undertaking detailed activities with the team as required to support our wider business activities
- ordering office consumables such as materials and stationery etc, looking at cost and upcoming requirements
- managing calendars for holidays and monitoring your team
- reporting directly to the Framework Manager, the Office Manager will managing the daily running of customer services coordination, street-works noticing and training requirements in the region
- managing meeting rooms and taking minutes at meetings where required to support the wider business
- you will be leading a team of 8 people over two offices to manage and undertake the detailed activities and support in the role
