  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • legionella Awareness
  • an understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • are able to work well under pressure
  • have a fun, energetic and “can do” attitude
  • carry out repairs and maintenance to a high standard in a proactive approach
  • A pro-active and reactive approach
  • experience working within an educational setting is desirable, although not essential

Responsibility

  • painting and decorating tasks
  • opening and locking up services
  • erecting flat Pack furniture
  • to inspect systems, maintain grounds including general cleans and painting
  • maintain the external grounds - gardening
  • undertaking small plumbing repairs and minor electrical tasks, new lamps, or fuses
  • undertake all scheduled and reactive repairs to a high standard to the property portfolio
  • deliver/remove furniture and white goods
  • performing checks on security and fire appliances, including empty properties
  • removals and transport support
  • when required assist with stock management
  • dealing with mostly residential and some commercial properties
  • general Maintenance Operative - FM Service Provider - Central London - Travel Card - Immediate start
