My parents (who are both deceased) have had money taken out of their account on 3 occasions which was not needed. They are a terrible company to deal with - Jamie Mason who is down as a Director of this company should be ashamed of himself for breaking Direct Debit Guarantee rules

The company has fake reviews on Facebook paid to make it look like a genuine company. The operator Owner has a limited experience not like he claims. The owner is not a honest and has stolen stock from a previous employer

Had the same experience as other, paid call out, promised parts to fix washing machine, then nothing. Not sure if I will get my money back. Scammer for sure.
