Responsibility

  • HGV Class 1 driver - containers
  • paye or Ltd welcome
  • felixstowe dock work, container experience essential
  • must have a RHIDES card for Felixstowe
  • collection and delivery of containers
  • initially adhoc work but could lead to long term
  • 29yrs of age or above
  • HGV Class 1 for a minimum of 2 years
  • collect and deliver primarily new vehicles across the UK
  • accurately inspect vehicles before loading and obtain customer signatures upon collection/delivery
  • use our app to complete vehicle inspections and update our systems
  • safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to various locations
  • follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • load and unload cargo as needed
  • inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
  • communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
  • adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and delivery protocols
