I have not used the company so can not comment on their trips.
In York on Saturday while walking into the city both the roads and pavements were the busiest I've ever seen it. As my family and I were trying to cross a junction that led to a coach park one of Wray's coaches kept moving forward despite the fact a coach was blocking the way a head and pedestrians were crossing. These included families with push chairs a someone in a wheel chair. People were shouting at the coach but he didn't stop. He carried on moving forward and eventually EVERYONE had move back off the pavement as the coach cut across it then drove down it to get into the coach park. The coach even went completely over the pavement onto the grass. This was unbelievably dangerous and negligent. With the reaction of other members of the public I thought someone might have gone for the driver!
I saw people filming this so expect some negative publicity.
I have just returned from a short break with Great Rail Journeys staying at Gisborough Hall enjoying three days of excursions by coach and train. Our driver on the coach journeys was Guy a very personable young man, an excellent driver, considerate and engaging with a group of older, some not so able, people. May I say that he has a heart of gold! He sought our preferences between possible routes, waited patiently in places which accomodated our ages and abilities, made helpful suggestions and cared for one disabled passenger who could not join the group on some activities with kindness and consideration. What an asset he is to your company!
Where do they offer better working conditions, at WRAYS OF HARROGATE or at PROVIDENT WEALTH FINANCIAL in terms of benefits?
