In light of recent press reports on the handling of vulnerable disabled service users at Douglass House respite care and emergency accommodation for disabilities and complex needs in Plymouth, this has exposed the shockingly inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing.
Perhaps you would consider doing a story regarding the current status of adult social care in the UK.
