Be careful of using BH Appliance Solutions and Repairs Ltd also trading as Poole Appliance Repairs. We used them for the first time in a property of ours. In seeking to pay them promptly we inadvertently paid them twice. In seeking a refund I spoke to Stewart a number of times and sent a number of emails but have failed to receive the requested refund.
If this Company is prepared to act in this way clearly they have no regard for their customers and have no interest in acting honourably or in building good customer relationships.
How much money are we talking about? Did you try contacting your bank and explaining the situation?
