Don’t go anywhere near them .We called out (deleted by the administrator)to look at a dishwasher in a rental property. He claimed to run a cycle and wait 40 mins, sees unlikely , the cycle had not been run and it was full of water when we saw it next. He had told us it needed a part for approx£30 and asked us to send money for this and the callout ( stupidly we did ) and that was the last we heard from the (deleted by the administrator), strangely once he’s taken your cash he becomes invisible .Very keen to get your money, not so keen to provide the service.

Be careful of using BH Appliance Solutions and Repairs Ltd also trading as Poole Appliance Repairs. We used them for the first time in a property of ours. In seeking to pay them promptly we inadvertently paid them twice. In seeking a refund I spoke to Stewart a number of times and sent a number of emails but have failed to receive the requested refund.

If this Company is prepared to act in this way clearly they have no regard for their customers and have no interest in acting honourably or in building good customer relationships.
