We used this company to help with a bad investment. Even though we never received our money back as we was scammed Astra helped us much as possible and we are now trying to get the money back through the bank with Astra help.

ONLY MOAN I HAVE IS I TRIED TO CALL IN A FEW TIMES BUT NEVER HAD A REPLY.
APART FROM THE DELAY BY 3 WEEKS. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED TO ME.

A frustrating process! I had invested into several art pieces and heard nothing back from the salesman. Astra called me and said they could help, I was a little dubious as the process incurred fees. They did help but not in the way I was expecting. After a few weeks and having incurred costs, and now having a living room full of art I had no idea what to do with, they then took on the sale process as well as the recovery. Took longer than I expected but atleast I came out of the market without any losses after recovering all my investment and costs.

Beware they are scammers told me they offered a professional service seemed to be genuine found out they were not.
How did you find out that they were not genuine? What happened?
What do you know about ASTRA ADVISORY? We can't find any information from working users. There must be somene still working there right?
They are scammers. I only realised when it was too late. I quote one of their employees’We do very little’. I can tell you they just take from vulnerable people.
What specific experiences led to the conclusion that they are scammers? Were there any actions taken by the company that seemed fraudulent or deceptive?
