I purchased some trainers, size 6 men’s, received and are definitely not size 6 men’s, more like size 3, very very small. Trying to contact company to return and refund, not answering my emails, unable to find any returns information on website. Very unhappy, have been scammed out of £100 for trainers not fit for service purchased.

Contacted citizen advice, the company owner via companies house and my bank. Trying to get my money back. Trainers definitely say size 3 uk. My order was defo timely size 6.

So I think there is defnitely a chance to get your money back. Especially, that I suppose we are not talking about 10p, but much more. There is still NO answer from the company?

The company does not have a returns policy, you can’t return goods not fit for service. The company don't answer emails. The company take your money and ignore. £100 spent for goods, goods not fit for service received and no way of returning them.

Rubbish, no returns procedure or policy, purchased trainers size 6 men’s, but are more like size 3 when arrived, no way of returning, not answering emails, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

How can I return a pair of Jordan 4’s that stated men’s size 6, but are about a women’s size 3 when arrived? I would like a men’s size 6 or even 7, they look great, its just they are too small and there is no information about returning the items I don’t want as they are not as stated in size.
