Terrible management

Detay company is very unprofessional in their job. They did my bathroom very rubbish work. They have never completed the job completely in the bathroom. They have damaged my carpet without putting any protection before carried the bathroom job.

I would rate this company lower. I am a landlord and got this builder to come out as an emergency. Came out and did the "work" with no communication to me or costs. Asked the tenant to pay and did not send me the invoice. Do not use, as I am still unaware of what he has actually don't.

They used to be Bratton bathrooms, I paid a 20% deposit to secure fitting of a new bathroom. The company was struck off and now dissolved. I was lied to and lost my 20% deposit.
