Very disappointing experience with MM1st Roofing Ltd / Mark Marsden.

Mark approached me while working at my neighbour’s property and offered to repair a roof leak affecting my window. I provided the roofing materials, and he completed the work in around 20 minutes. I paid him well and was assured the leak would not return.

Unfortunately, the leak came back. I contacted him repeatedly, and on more than seven occasions he promised to come back but never turned up. He eventually stopped answering my calls, and when I called from another number and identified myself, he hung up.

The workmanship clearly did not resolve the original problem, and leaving a roof leak unresolved risks further water and property damage. The quality of the aftercare and communication has been extremely poor.

I would not recommend based on my experience.

He's still at it, conning people out of deposits then disappearing. Why is this conman not in jail?

Do not use this company MM1st roofing Ltd it nothing but cowboy builders giving quotes and taking deposits and trying to rip people.off! They talk you into having the work done, pay a deposit, promise to come on a certain day, no show, no contact, lost deposit MARK MARSEN is a con man. Searched him on Google and he actually is a con man how can anyone with his record be a company director? The world his gone mad!
