Poor quality, lumpy unfinished installation is now cracking four years on.
I complained in 2020; WallCote are not answering my messages now.
Guarantee is a total waste of paper and BACS as opposed to credit card option have left me financially vulnerable with a devalued home. Avoid this company.

Have you tried escalating the issue legally since WallCote ignored your complaints and the product failed within the guarantee period?

Lumping Poor quality plastering with jaggered edges. Contractor was poor and infrequent at communicating. 8 weeks late on scheduled timings. Now …4 years later.. the plaster and paint are cracking. WallCote are not responding to my messages of concern Avoid this company at your peril.

That sounds really frustrating. Have you tried reaching out through different communication channels or directly contacting a higher-up in the company for better response?

Where is it easier to negotiate a raise, at WALLCOTE or at DEVON CREATIVE STONEWORK? Someone can answer?
