Installed stairlift. Installed the wrong footplate cos the installer didn’t read the notes. Was supposed to come back and change it, didn’t. Stairlift then broke, took one week for someone to come out and say “yes it’s broke”. Company stopped taking calls to get someone out to fix it so asked for removal and refund. All the while elderly residents unable to get up and down stairs. Removed it, no refund and now refuse to take any calls. All of this happened within 3 weeks. Never use this lot they are absolutely awful.
Where do they offer better group insurance, at RIGBY BUILDING CONTRACTORS or at SERENITY STAIRLIFTS?
What do you think, is SERENITY STAIRLIFTS a better organization than BOTB DIGITAL? Do you know anything about this?
