I can only speak for ourselves but we aren’t happy with the quality of work on our property, the finish and drainage of imprinted concrete is very poor and we have been left with a collapsed manhole. The drive looks 10 years old after only 6 months. My advice is to visit some of their jobs in person and definitely check the status of this company out fully on the gov website before parting with any money. We were refused receipts and the guarantee has not been upheld.

How could they refuse to provide you with receipts? If you aren't satisfied with the service, I think it's a great opportunity to report that somewhere. There is no chance to come to terms with them?
